He\/she will not violate the rights of another person by unlawful and harmful actions;
He\/she will not use a device or program whose purpose is to obtain information from the website and\/or to interfere with the normal functioning of the website;
He\/she will protect copyright and related rights, will not use the information available on Lunor.ge: logo, pictogram, picture, graphic, image, Unauthorized use, processing and publication of patents, trademarks, designs and any other intellectual property without the prior written consent of Lunor.ge;
will not use another user's account;
will not attempt to gain access to another user's authorization information;
will not take any action that would jeopardize the proper functioning of Lunor.ge;
will not take any action that is prohibited by applicable law, this Agreement and Lunor.ge's Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n

Placing an order and purchasing products by the user<\/p>\n\n

After the user selects a product and places it in the virtual cart, the following information will be required for new users: email, name, mobile number, and address where they would like to receive the purchase.<\/p>\n\n

To pay for Lunor.ge products, the user will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the user is obliged to verify the address and contact information provided by him in order to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of providing an incorrect\/incomplete address and\/or contact information, the user is responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products.<\/p>\n\n

The user will be able to verify information about the product they purchased on their personal page.<\/p>\n\n

After the consumer pays for the product, the ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the consumer.<\/p>\n\n

Terms and conditions of delivery of purchased products<\/p>\n\n

The customer agrees that the delivery of the purchased products will be carried out by Lunor.ge's own courier service.<\/p>\n\n

The parties to the supply agreement are the customer and Lunor.ge.<\/p>\n\n

Lunor.ge, for the purpose of providing courier services, processes personal information known to the user, namely, the user's name, surname, address and telephone number. This information is used only to process the order and ensure the delivery of products to the user.<\/p>\n\n

Lunor.ge delivers the products purchased by the user to the address specified by the user. Lunor.ge's responsibility for the delivery of the products ends from the moment the products are transferred to the user or the recipient specified by the user.<\/p>\n\n

The user is authorized to use the voucher received from Lunor.ge only once. It is prohibited for the user to create more than one account for the purpose of receiving the voucher. Using the voucher twice or more and\/or creating more than one account is considered dishonest behavior by Lunor.ge, which will subsequently lead to the cancellation of the order and\/or account(s).<\/p>\n\n

Payment method<\/p>\n\n

Payment is made only through non-cash payments.<\/p>\n\n

Installment<\/p>\n\n

Lunor.ge offers an installment service on selected products, if available. The terms of the installment plan are determined by the partner financial institution and are available during the order process.<\/p>\n\n

Closing and restricting use of personal accounts<\/p>\n\n

If Lunor.ge believes that the User has violated these Terms and Conditions or the User has registered by providing false information, it is authorized to close access and restrict the use of the Personal Account unilaterally, based on a notification sent to the e-mail. In case of receiving such a notification, the User should contact the Lunor.ge team.<\/p>\n\n

In order for a user to cancel\/close their personal account on the Lunor.ge website, they must click \u201cDelete Account\u201d after entering the settings field in their personal account, after which their personal account will be automatically closed.<\/p>\n\n

Lunor.ge ensures the development of appropriate defense mechanisms to the best of its ability, however, it is not responsible for unauthorized access to data stored on the platform, damage caused by third parties, or the services they offer to the user.<\/p>\n\n
