Direct marketing – the direct and immediate provision of information to a data subject by telephone, mail, e-mail or other electronic means for the purpose of forming, maintaining, realizing and/or supporting interest in a natural person and/or legal entity, goods, ideas, services, work and/or initiatives, as well as image and social topics.

Consent

Using the Lunor.ge website is considered as the user's consent to the Privacy Policy. Accordingly, the user grants Lunor.ge the right to process, store and use the personal information provided by the user.

The aforementioned information will be used by Lunor.ge for the purposes of providing services in accordance with applicable legislation. Otherwise, Lunor.ge will be unable to provide any services to the user and enter into a contractual relationship.

User authorization

The user has the right to request the following information from Lunor.ge regarding data processing:

Which data about the user is processed by Lunor.ge;
Purpose of data processing;
Legal basis for data processing;
How the data was collected/obtained;
To whom the data about the user was provided, the basis and purpose of providing the data (if any);
About the data retention period or the criteria for determining it;
About the decision made as a result of automated processing, including profiling, and the logic used to make such a decision, as well as its impact on data processing and the expected/likely result of the processing;
The right to access and obtain a copy of the data.

The user has the right to receive the above-mentioned information no later than 10 business days from the date of his request. This period may be extended by no more than 10 business days in special cases and with proper justification, of which the user will be notified immediately.

Due to the specifics of Lunor.ge's activities, its users are informed electronically.

Within 10 business days of the user submitting the request, Lunor.ge is obliged to correct/update/complete any incorrect/inaccurate/incomplete data(s) about the user or inform the user of the grounds for rejecting the request and explain the procedure for appealing it.

The user has the right to request Lunor.ge to stop, delete or destroy the processing of data about him (including profiling). Within 10 working days from the submission of the request by the user, Lunor.ge is obliged to stop/delete or destroy the existing data about the user or inform the user of the grounds for refusing the request and explain the procedure for appealing it.

In the event that: the user disputes the authenticity or accuracy of the data; the data processing is unlawful, but the user opposes their deletion and requests the blocking of the data; the data is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing, but the user needs them to file a complaint/claim; the user requests the termination, deletion or destruction of the data processing and this request is being considered; there is a need to store the data for the purpose of using it as evidence; the user has the right to request Lunor.ge to block the data available about him. The user has the right to receive information about the decision to block the data or the grounds for refusing to block the data immediately after the decision is made, but no later than 3 (three) business days from the request. In addition to data storage, they may be otherwise processed by Lunor.ge in the following cases: with the user's consent; to substantiate a legal claim or objection; to protect the interests of Lunor.ge or a third party; in accordance with the law, to protect the public interest.

In the event that the user gives consent to the processing of data about him for one or more specific purposes and/or the processing of data is necessary for the performance of an obligation under a contract concluded with the user or for the conclusion of a contract at the user's request; and/or the user has given written consent to the processing of special categories of data for one or more specific purposes (if any); he is entitled to receive the data provided by him from Lunor.ge in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of these data to another person responsible for processing.

The user has the right not to be subject to a decision made by Lunor.ge solely on the basis of automated means, including profiling, which produces legal or other significant consequences for him or her, except in cases where the decision-making based on profiling: is based on the user's explicit consent; is necessary for the conclusion of a contract between the user and Lunor.ge or for the performance of a contract; is provided for by law or a subordinate normative act issued within the framework of the powers delegated on the basis of law.

The user has the right to withdraw his consent to Lunor.ge at any time and request the termination of data processing and/or deletion/destruction of the processed data by contacting the Lunor.ge support team via e-mail. In such a case, Lunor.ge, in turn, will cancel the user's personal account within 10 (ten) business days and terminate data processing and/or destroy the processed data, unless there is another basis for data processing. Before withdrawing consent, the user has the right to request and receive information from Lunor.ge about the possible consequences of withdrawing consent.

The user has the right to apply to the Personal Data Protection Service or court in case of violation of the rights provided for by the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

User's obligation

The user is obliged to provide Lunor.ge with complete and correct information about himself in order to receive the service in the future. This obligation also applies to changes in the information provided by the user.

Call center

In order to improve the quality of Lunor.ge's service, troubleshoot problems/errors, provide feedback, and ensure security, incoming and outgoing calls are recorded, stored, and processed.

Terms of Use of the Lunor.ge Website

By using the Lunor.ge website, the user consents to the storage and processing of his/her personal data and cookies by Lunor.ge.

Minor

Who do we share user data with?

Lunor.ge delivers purchased products to the user using its own courier service. For the purpose of delivery, the relevant authorized employee/courier of Lunor.ge may have access to information about the user. For this purpose, the following information is processed: order details, name, surname, address and contact number. This information is used only for the purpose of delivering the purchased products, contacting the user and fulfilling the order.
