Terms and conditions of delivery of purchased products

The customer agrees that the delivery of the purchased products will be carried out by Lunor.ge's own courier service.

Lunor.ge delivers the products purchased by the user to the address specified by the user when placing the order.

Products purchased from the Lunor.ge website are delivered free of charge within Tbilisi, within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Products purchased from the Lunor.ge website are delivered to the regions of Georgia within 48 hours of order confirmation. The cost of delivery to the regions is 15 GEL.

The customer is obliged to provide a correct and complete address, contact phone number and other necessary information when placing an order. In case of incorrect or incomplete information, the customer is responsible for any delay in delivery.

Lunor.ge's responsibility for the delivery of products ends from the moment the products are transferred to the consumer or the recipient specified by the consumer.

Rules for returning and exchanging purchased products

Products purchased on Lunor.ge can only be returned or exchanged if a factory defect is found in the product.

In the event of a factory defect, the customer is obliged to contact Lunor.ge via email or phone and provide information about the condition of the product.

In case of confirmation of a factory defect, Lunor.ge will offer the customer to replace the product with another product of the same or similar value. If the product cannot be replaced, the customer will be refunded the amount paid.

The product will not be returned or replaced if the damage is caused by the user's improper use of the product, mechanical damage, violation of storage rules, or other circumstances that do not constitute a factory defect.
